We are looking for a Software QA Analyst to join our team. Individual must be a quick learner with a proactive nature, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be testing software applications prior to their release to ensure the developed application meets Business Requirements. You will write test cases for EBT/SIT/UAT sprints based on requirement documentation and ensure that defects are accurately logged, tracked, and resolved.

Responsibilities:

• Work with business SME’s to refine testing strategies and capture business use cases
• Execute test plans, monitor test execution and ensure that sufficient testing is carried out prior to go-live
• Liaise with business users, business analysts and developers to ensure that planned testing meets project requirements. Test different programs by simulating user actions and behaviors
• Create accurate and high-quality reports
• Highlight project risks in a timely manner providing appropriate suggestions to mitigate risks

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in the software industry
• Proven experience understanding and troubleshooting a complex software architecture (e.g. REST APIs, browser consoles, cloud server logs, and virtual machines)
• Quick and enthusiastic learner of new technologies * Strong communication and teamwork skills

Nice to Have:

• Technical experience with Guidewire/Microsoft 360/SAP/Salesforce
• AWS certification(s)
• Certified Scrum Master
